The Canadian deathcore band released “Purgatory”, their sixth studio album.

“We have never invested so much time in songwriting and recording. We could go back a long way and say that this is our hardest, fastest and most varied record so far, but we'd rather let the music speak for itself ”, explain DISPISED ICON. "Purgatory" was produced by Yannick St-Amand, Eric Jarrin and Alex Erian. The album was recorded under the direction of DESPISED ICON's former guitarist and current soundman Yannick St-Amand, while the vocals were recorded with Antoine Lussier (ION DISSONANCE). CRYPTOPSY guitarist Christian Donaldson was responsible for mix and mastering. The "Purgatory" artwork comes from Eliran Kantor.
