FesterDecay From Demo To Rot CD (Jewel Case, 2026, Relapse Records)

From Demo To Rot is a 2026 CD release from Japanese goregrind and grindcore band FesterDecay, issued by Relapse Records. The collection brings together the band's self-titled debut demo, Carcasses Revenge demo, and the 2024 live recording Live at Namba BEARS, offering an extensive look at the band's raw and relentlessly extreme sound.

FesterDecay deliver a filthy blend of old-school death metal, goregrind, and grindcore built around distorted guitar riffs, rapid-fire drumming, guttural vocals, and chaotic underground energy. Drawing heavily from the classic goregrind tradition established by bands such as Carcass, the collection combines raw demo recordings with live intensity for an uncompromising extreme metal experience.

For collectors and fans of Japanese underground metal, goregrind, and old-school grindcore, From Demo To Rot is a strong addition to any extreme music collection. This 2026 CD captures FesterDecay's evolution from early demos to live performance while celebrating the rotten, abrasive sound that defines their music.
