Swallowed by Hell is the third full-length studio album from American thrash metal cult legends Morbid Saint and stands as one of the most remarkable late-era returns in extreme metal history. Released by High Roller Records in a premium slipcase edition, the album arrives more than three decades after the band’s unfinished second LP, Destruction System and continues the uncompromising legacy first established with the genre-defining Spectrum of Death in 1990.

Following their reunion in 2010, Morbid Saint set out not to chase nostalgia but to create new music that remained true to their savage death/thrash identity while sounding powerful and relevant in the modern era. Swallowed by Hell was written through a remote but highly focused creative process, with ideas exchanged between all members to forge a relentless ten-track assault. Visually, the album is crowned by artwork from legendary artist Ed Repka, whose iconic style instantly recalls classic releases by Death and Megadeth, perfectly matching the record’s violent intensity.

Tracks such as Rise From The Ashes, Bloody Floors, Burn Pit and the title track deliver nonstop hostility, while deeper cuts like Killer Instinct and Psychosis showcase the band’s ability to push boundaries without excess.
