Twist of Fate is the third full-length studio album from Spanish New Wave of Traditional Heavy Metal band Hitten, originally released in 2018 and now reissued by High Roller Records as a deluxe slipcase edition. Formed in 2011 in Murcia, Spain, Hitten quickly made their mark with the demo Darkness Queen, followed by two EPs and their debut album First Strike With The Devil (2014). Their second album, State Of Shock, marked a major step forward, featuring standout tracks like Don’t Be Late, Endless Race, and Eternal Force. Founding guitarist Dani Meseguer cites classic metal influences such as Accept, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Saxon, and American metal acts like Fifth Angel, Crimson Glory, Shok Paris, and Metal Church as shaping Hitten’s sound.

High Roller Records 2024 reissue of Twist of Fate delivers the ultimate collector’s edition, featuring premium packaging and remastered sound. Following lineup changes, the band welcomed new vocalist Alexx, whose impressive range spans low melodic passages to soaring high-pitched screams, elevating the band’s signature twin-guitar attack, emotional solos, and powerful harmonies to new heights.

Mixed by Javi Félez and mastered by Patrick W. Engel, this album captures Hitten at their finest, blending intense NWOTHM energy with polished modern production.
