Warlord continue their legendary legacy with The Lost Archangel, a powerful collection that bridges the band’s past, present, and future. After the passing of founding mastermind William J. Tsamis in 2021, many believed the story of Warlord had come to an end. Instead, the band rose again—revitalized with a new lineup, new creative fire, and a new era led by vocalist Giles Lavery (Jack Starr, Alcatrazz).

Following the acclaimed comeback album Free Spirit Soar and the limited anthology From the Ashes to the Archives, Warlord returned to the stage in 2024 for a major European festival run, including Trveheim (Germany), Golden R Festival (Greece), Pyrenean Warriors (France), and Metalitalia (Italy). To mark each performance, Warlord released an exclusive new song online before every show.

The Lost Archangel gathers all four of these special tracks- “Golgotha (Place of the Skull),” “The Rainbow,” “Lost Archangel,” and “Stygian Passage” - now available for the first time on physical format. The songs blend newly reworked material from early Warlord demos and Lordian Guard-era compositions, carefully rearranged and produced by Giles Lavery and guitarist Eric using a mix of home studio and professional setups.

Alongside the new recordings, the album also features a selection of rare live cuts and fresh reinterpretations of Warlord classics - creating a dynamic and emotionally charged celebration of one of America’s most influential epic metal bands.
